Serving: Cobourg, Colborne, Port Hope, Brighton and surrounding areas
Let WEE WATCH assist you in finding the perfect Provider for you and your child. Wee Watch has been in Northumberland County since 2003 and holds a Purchase of Service contract with the County.
WEE WATCH helps to ensure that the program in each home is designed to meet the individual needs of your child at every stage of their development by meeting or exceeding the Child Care and Early Years Act.
Our carefully screened Providers receive a wide variety of programming resources such as Wee Learn Program, Play and Learn Booklets, website activities, theme guides, Together Wee Can programming and Activity Handbooks.
We offer safe, secure, nurturing homes where your child will learn, develop and have fun even when you’re not there.
As partners, WEE WATCH, parents, and the Providers work together to achieve their common goal to build positive, caring and responsive relationships with each child.
MEET SOME OF OUR EXCEPTIONAL TEAM OF PROVIDERS
Rebecca has been a childcare provider with Wee Watch for the past six years and is a mother to three wonderful children. She is located in Cobourg and provides a safe environment, nutritious snacks and lunches and encourages learning in a fun environment. She teaches compassion, how to express feelings, how to share and play well with others. All children are taught manners and will leave her care with a good foundation for beginning school.
Melissa’s home child care is located in the town of Brighton. She has recently joined Wee Watch as a Provider but has been involved in the care of children in different capacities for most of her life. She especially enjoys helping younger children learn and explore the world around them. She loves that she can control her environment, earn income and give back to the community helping families and keeping kids happy and learning.
Jackie has been a child and youth worker for over 22 years and with Wee Watch for nine months. She enjoys watching children grow and develop to their fullest potential during these important developmental stages in their lives. Your child is in the best of hands involved in full days of play, learning and outside time.

EXPERIENCE OUR DIFFERENCE
TRUSTED, LICENSED, & EDUCATIONAL IN THE COMFORT AND SAFETY OF HOME
Parents and childcare Providers have been choosing Wee Watch, a licensed home childcare agency for 35 years because they know that we have the best interest of children at heart. From ensuring safe homes to our much loved Wee Learn educational programs and experienced, professional support, Wee Watch has been a trusted and reliable childcare partner.
Parents, Providers and Children love our educational programming – it sets us apart from other home childcare options. Our Wee Learn and Together Wee Can programming are designed by a childcare expert and delivered to every child in our program. All our educational materials are tailored to meet the learning needs of each child. From infants and toddlers up to school agers, our curriculum encourages learning through play!
Provincial Childcare Plan
The Provincial government signed a new Daycare deal, making childcare more affordable to parents, and that deal will require parents to select a licensed daycare solution, like ours! Not all licensed offerings are equal – we pride ourselves in delivering the highest quality of care. Affordable should not mean your child doesn’t experience the best.
