WEE WATCH FRANCHISE TRAINING

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Included with your franchise investment is the initial training that thoroughly covers all aspects of operating a Wee Watch business.

Phase 1 - Introduction to the System

Approximately 3 weeks prior to training, you will receive a complete set of our system manuals for your review.

Phase 2 - Initial Training Week

A one week classroom and hands-on training session conducted at Home Office and in the field by our experienced staff. Training modules include:

• The Day Care System
• Customer Service
• Parent & Provider Recruitment
• Daily Administration

Phase 3 - Accounting Training

Training in Wee Watch accounting practices and financial reporting, including the accounting software, is carried out immediately following Phase 2 or scheduled for a time shortly after.

Phase 4 - On-Site Follow-up

Follow-up training is carried out in your office and territory. These visits make sure that all necessary business features are in place and to ensure a smooth start up of your franchise.
